Nature studio
from four walls to open sky
Lately, my heart has been leading me back to nature, from indoor spaces to open gardens. The indoor space I so carefully created has its own beauty, yet I’ve come to feel its constraint. The walls often dictate how far or how freely my creative ideas could truly grow. They are a frame, but sometimes, a limitation.
Stepping outdoors feels like entering a new chapter, an open invitation to expand. The vast, open space around me mirrors a vast feeling inside, showing me possibilities I simply didn’t see before. I’m realising that creativity is not separate from nature. It grows, changes, and surprises us, just like the seasons.
Surrounded by paper, old books, and vintage letters, I suddenly realised how often I find myself bringing little pieces of nature indoors too - a dry flower tucked between pages, a leaf resting near my desk. They’ve been with me for a long time, little companions reminding me that this connection to nature has always been part of my creative rhythm.
Recently, this longing to create in nature brought me to a beautiful garden, where a few of us gathered to slow down and to create together. Surrounded by flowers and the Autumn leaves, we shared simple conversations and let our hands move freely. A small pile of cut papers became our playground, a space where imagination could unfold easily. Dry leaves, soft sunlight, and moments of stillness mixed into our creations. This reminded us that the best inspiration is often found in the smallest, simplest details.
In those precious moments, I felt how deeply creativity and connection intertwine when we’re close to nature. The garden became more than a backdrop. It became a partner, showing us how to be present, playful, and open.
What if we looked at nature as the greatest playground we have - for creativity, for reflection, and for making real connections?

Beautiful- all of it!! Thanks for the inspiration.
exquisite--as always.
